If you are just trying to avoid dairy products from cows, only, we can offer you raw organic goat's milk, cheeses from goats and sheep - many made with unpasteurised milk. We also supply butter made from goat's milk. Goat's or sheep's milk yoghurts are available, too.

A consideration - many people who cannot tolerate mass market, pasteurised cow's milk are well able to tolerate unpasteurised cow's milk, and so the range of raw dairy products we offer may be of interest. We have many different cheeses made traditionally from raw milk, and we have a local raw cream. The raw, unpasteurised butter we have is of an outstanding quality, and comes unsalted, salted with finely ground unrefined Celtic salt, or with a crunchy, coarse unrefined Celtic salt. From the same dairy we supply a raw crème fraiche - a really versatile ingredient.

Raw milk contains enzymes that aid in its digestion. Many people who struggle to digest dairy products are lactose intolerant. Raw dairy contains lactase, the enzyme needed to break this down. When consuming any raw dairy products, do be careful to source them from a trusted supplier.
